Our Reservation Process

1

After 9 weeks of age, our kittens are booked in for their first vaccinations and a full veterinary health check. This usually takes place on a Monday.

2

If our vet is happy, an Application Form will become available and will be open for 24 hours only. We will always make an announcement on our Facebook page, before the Application Form goes live.

3

On Tuesday, we will read through every application form and choose the right family for each one of our kittens. This is one of the most difficult tasks!

4

By Wednesday, we will email every applicant back, whether successful or not. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

5

After 12 weeks of age (and 3-4 weeks after their first vaccinations), our kittens are booked in for their final vaccinations and receive another veterinary health check.

6

Around 13 weeks of age, our kittens are booked in for their neuter procedure. They will then receive a 3-day and 10-day post-op check.

7

If our vet gives our kittens the all clear, they will then be able to leave for their forever homes, usually between 15-16 weeks of age.

By this stage, our kittens will have had:

  • A full course of worming prevention (Panacur 10% Oral Suspension) at 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age
  • Flea prevention (Frontline) at 12 weeks of age
  • At least 4 veterinary health checks
  • Their microchips inserted
  • Neutering procedure
  • A full course of vaccinations - we also opt for additional protection against feline leukaemia (FeLV).

Kittens will be fully weaned off Mum, litter trained, drinking water and eating solids and will be confident, sociable and ready to start new adventures!
